Recall Summary:
Genie is recalling certain model year 2009 tz-34 and tz-50 vehicles manufactured from April 1 through August 31, 2009, equipped with trailer mounted aerial work platform booms. Material used in the platform support components was not in compliance the manufacturer's specifications.
How to Fix:
Genie will notify owners and repairs will be performed by authorized genie dealers free of charge. The safety recall began on August 31, 2010. Owners may contact genie at 1-800-536-1800.
