Recall Summary:
ford motor company (ford) is recalling certain 2023 super duty f-250 and f-350 vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 23v-507. the driver and front passenger windows may fail to detect an obstacle while closing and not reverse direction as intended.
How to Fix:
dealers will update the software, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed april 24, 2025. owners may contact ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. ford's number for this recall is 25s25.
