Recall Summary:
ford motor company (ford) is recalling certain 2015 f-250, f-350, f-450, expedition, lincoln navigator, and mkc vehicles. the rearview camera printed circuit board terminal header connector may be loose or damaged, which can result in a blank or distorted image.
How to Fix:
dealers will replace the rearview camera, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on may 5, 2025. owners may contact ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. ford's number for this recall is 25s42. this recall expands previous recall number 22v-082.
