| Investigations Summary: | This investigation was opened on Jan. 15, 1999. It was closed on Apr. 18, 2000. Alleged that leaves, pine straw, or other foreign material may enter the blower assembly through the fresh air cowl and accumulate in the vicinity of the blower resistor assembly. . Heat from the blower resistors may ignite the foreign material, causing a fire in the blower housing. |
