1 Steering Is Loose problem

Failure Date: 03/26/2013

Noticed an issue with the steering when quickly picking up speed to pass a vehicle. The steering pulls fast to the right and feels as though the front end is fish tailing. Took the vehicle in to have it checked and was told this was normal. It is called torque steer and that all new vehicles do this. Trying to control the vehicle is extremely hard. Mine was checked, I was told it was bad and they did adjustments and an alignment as well as put the best 2 tires on the front. Within 2 weeks my car is doing this really bad again. My steering feels loose and the car is hard to handle at most speeds above 45 I feel as though I am driving on ice at all times. Whether or not this is normal is beyond me but it seems to be very dangerous when you can not control the steering in your vehicle.
