Tl the contact owns a 2014 Dodge Avenger. While driving 30 mph, the vehicle stalled and the horn sounded without warning. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, but was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The failure mileage was 64,000.
It started with the blinker shorting out the lights inside the car and the problem is persistently getting worse. Now the horn goes off without notice while driving, now the horn is no longer working at all. I was nearly in an accident because I couldn't warn a vehicle they were entering my lane. I am concerned that my car electrical system will completely malfunction while driving as the electrical system is essentially the brain of the vehicle. Numerous Dodger owners have expressed that it will only get worse, even to the point of completely cutting off while in traffic.
