One problem related to infant child seat harness buckle has been reported for the 1997 Dodge Caravan. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The built-in child seat shield straps need to be pulled hard to buckle. The buckle would failed to release. Sometimes after tugging on belt, it would rewind by itself. The straps put pressure against child's chest. The bottom hooks attached to belt, can come out.
