Mid/rear Seats Assembly problems of the 1999 Dodge Caravan

While driving t and with no warning driver's seat broke, causing consumer to fall backwards into the rear seat.

After my accident the back seat had popped off the track and was no longer attached to the car. I was almost stopped and the man who hit me was doing maybe 30 mph. I brought it up to the Dodge dealership in my area and they said that it shouldn't have done it and they don't know why it did but the seat is back in place so dont worry about it. I called Dodge the company and they told me since there was no major property damage or no injuries or fatalities they weren't going to check out why the seat popped out. Dt.
