1 Body problem

Failure Date: 01/08/2016

The vehicle has an unusual amount of rust on the door panels and bottom chase. I've had to replace the muffler due to rust and you can visibly see near the door panels a hole is forming due to damages from rust/corrosion. The vehicle is typically kept indoors and should not be experiencing these kinds of damages.

2 Body problem

Failure Date: 06/10/2009

The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Caravan. The contact stated that she activated the sliding doors and as the contact entered the vehicle, the sliding doors closed and crushed the contact between the door and the frame. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer for inspection where they informed that the failure was not able to be determined. The failure recurred several times later. The contact also stated that while driving 60 mph, the door opened independently. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified and wanted the contact to take the vehicle to an authorized dealer to be inspected. The failure mileage was 65,000.
