Brake Light On problems of the 2009 Dodge Caravan

Abs brakes light along with traction controll lights always stay on. Both my 2009 Dodge ram 1500 and my 2009 Dodge Caravan have same problem. Dealer says the abs module must be replaced at cost of 575. 00 which is not covered under warranty. I find it hard to believe this same identical problem happening on 2 different vehicles made by same producer is just coincidence.

Vehicle -2009 Dodge Caravan. I have had a problem when the vehicle is on cruise and have been driving for a while. If I hit the brake, the brakes do not work. I have to jam hard on the brakes for the cruise to disengage and the brakes to work. The red brake warning light goes on, and stays on for about two to three minutes. I have taken the vehicle to two different dealers for this problem 2-15-10, 2-16-10, 3-18-10, 8-10-10, and 8-16-11. I have another appointment set for 8-23-11. The car is dangerous and the dealers just seem to replace parts without really knowing what the problem is.
