1 Car Stall problem

Failure Date: 05/17/2016

I own a 2015 Dodge Challenger. While driving various speeds the vehicle will randomly stall and display "come to a complete stop and select the appropriate gear. " this has happened 10-15 times. I have taken the vehicle to a Dodge dealership 3 times. On the second visit they replaced the transmission and valve body. I left the dealership and was only 4 blocks away and the vehicle stalled and displayed the same error. The vehicle is currently at the dealership and they say they cannot duplicate what is happening, so they don't know how to troubleshoot the problem. This started happening at approximately 16,000 miles.

2 Car Stall problem

Failure Date: 11/07/2015

The contact owns a 2015 Dodge Challenger. While driving 10 mph through an intersection, the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle restarted and resumed normal operation. The failure recurred six times when driving various speeds. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed, but the mechanic was unable to duplicate or locate the failure. The dealer stated that a specialist would further investigate the failure at a later date. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 1,000.

3 Car Stall problem

Failure Date: 04/24/2015

The contact owns a 2015 Dodge Challenger. While driving various speeds from a completed stop, the vehicle stalled. A message appeared on the instrument panel to come to a complete stop and to select the appropriate gear. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but the failure could not be duplicated on two separate occasions. The contact stated that the failure occurred five times and the vehicle was taken back to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The dealer gave the contact a data recorder to record issues in the vehicle. The dealer determined that the failure occurred due to a fuel pump. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The contact stated there was video documentation of the failures. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 300.
