I was on I-75 in tennessee. I sideswiped a car and my car went head first into a guardrail. I was doing about 70mph. I hit my head hard on stearing wheel and have suffered a headache and neck pain since.

I was involved in a car crash where I did not have time to apply the breaks before hitting another car. The car made a sudden left turn in front of me and I t-boned the car at a rate of about 45mph. At he time of the crash my airbags did not deploy, so I contacted Chrysler about this, and the sent a investigator to look at my car. In a letter they said, the conclusion of the investigation is that the rate of deceleration necessary to activate the air bag system was not present during the accident. How much damage do you have to do to the front of a Challenger in a crash for the airbags to work. There is over $12000 in damage to my car, not to mention the thousands of dollars in medical bills I have along with thousands of dollars in lost wages. I no longer feel safe driving this car once it is repaired, and no longer want to own a Chrysler product.

I was driving home from work and another vehicle was merging onto the highway on the inside shoulder. I made a normal lane change to avoid getting t-boned and my steering locked up causing me to spin out and hit a guardrail.

Tl- the contact owns a 2011 Dodge Challenger. The contact stated that the key was becoming increasingly difficult to turn over and start the vehicle. The contact had to make several attempts to get the vehicle to start. The door latches also failed to unlock with the key-less entry each time the contact was close to the vehicle and the contact had to manually open the doors because of the failure. The contact later received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 14v634000 (electrical system) and was waiting on the part from the dealer to schedule the recall repair appointment. The contact was unable to determine when the vehicle would be repaired. The approximate failure mileage was unavailable. Parts distribution disconnect. Dyd.
Once vehicle is parked and completely shut down. Driver's side window constantly rolls up and down until battery is drained. It only rolls down approximately a quarter of and inch. Completely drained and destroyed a battery and now its working on the second battery.
I was traveling in the center lane of the hwy, going approx 60 mph when the car in the left lane a red chevy impala sideswiped a SUV behind me, at that time the red chevy lost control of his car and hit me in the drivers side rear quarter panel, that spun my car, I then hit the guard rail went back across 3 lanes of traffic hit the car that hit me and stopped near the shoulder of the hwy. No airbags deployed, my wife's head smacked the passenger window and ended up with a major concussion, and other injuries.
I was making a left turn from "stop light" at 10 mph when I pressed the throttle just a little to proceed with a safe turn, the car started accelerating quickly and I lost control of the car and end up hitting the light pole. But before all that my buddy who happens to be a certified "Nissan" mechanic have noticed that there was a weird noise on the engine. So yeah, this what happened with 2012 Dodge Challenger sxt . ( I apologize for spelling and grammar ). P. S. The insurance company is refusing to pay for the damage unfortunately.
Vehicle was parked, with all power off, windows up, doors locked. Passenger rear quarter panel marker light shorted and caught fire, resulting in charred paint, melted light assembly, melted wiring, and melted rear bumper.

There is a paint booth issue at the factory in ontario canada. My redline 3 pearlcoat has bumps all over the body paint job. Its like the booth was dirty and it either globbed off the end of a sprayer or it was really dirty inside but I did not see it until after I purchased it. I paid an extra $995 for this so wtf over? orange peel and you name it. Does not look like a factory paint job unless it was Monday or Friday I guess! I hate that when you call Dodge corporate they could give a rats ass! one lady said "we don't care we don't sell the vehicles we just make them" I said seriously so you make a product but don't stand behind it fuck off! none of them care, even after dropping $50k so yeah.
