The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Charger. When she applied the brakes there was a very loud noise in the front of the vehicle. The brakes are functioning normally. The dealer stated that the front end was out of line. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure continued to occur. The dealer later stated that tires caused the failure; however, a tire facility confirmed that the tires were not related to the failure. The dealer was unable to repair or successfully diagnose the failure. A second dealer stated that the ball bearings could be related to the failure. The contact stated that the failure is a manufacturers defect. The failure mileage was 18,000. The current mileage was 37,262.
