Takata recall - this is a police fleet vehicle and has been out of service since November of 2016 based solely on this recall. I have tried dealing with fca fleet management with no success. The local dealer says they have the driver's side airbag but not the pass. Side airbag. This has been an issue as we have been down a vehicle for almost a year at this point with no remedy in sight.

Tl-the contact owns a 2007 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that while driving at a low speeds, another vehicle crashed into the front passenger side of the vehicle. The driver's side airbag deployed but emitted an unknown substance. As a result, the contact sustained cuts and bruises to the face and body that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The VIN was included in NHTSA campaign number: 14v354000 (airbags). The failure mileage was unknown. Djr.
