Turn Signal problems of the 2015 Dodge Charger

Tl the contact owns a 2015 Dodge Charger. While driving over a bump in the road, both turn signals erroneously activated. Also, when the turn signals were activated and the steering wheel was turned back to the straight position, the turn signals would remain activated and failed to turn off. Furthermore, the high beam headlights no longer operated. The failures were not diagnosed or repaired. The local dealer was not notified. The manufacturer was informed of the failures. The failure mileage was unknown.
