The vehicle was sold under deceptive business practices. I inspected the vehicle and seen the tire (side wall) was badly damaged and the vehicle did not even run as mentioned in the description. The safety was in jeopardy and the seller made false claims for me to believe the vehicle was safe and ready to drive.

When making a right turn at approximately 5 miles per hour the front driver side suspension arm failed catastrophically causing the wheel, brake assembly, part of the suspension arm, and a small part of the frame of the vehicle to break off and roll approximately 75 feet into traffic. This also caused my break system to fail entirely. The week of the incident the vehicle had been driven approximately 120 miles under conditions that would be considered normal for the vehicle. There were no warning lights illuminated and there were no sounds or signs that failure was imminent. Vehicle is pending inspection from insurance company. Photos available upon request, parts available for inspection upon request.
My rim on the inside lip has a hairline crack. I’m coming up on 1 year and for the entire time I have had to add air once a month. The tire pressure would be 38 psi when I put air and would drop to 30 over a months time. I’ve had the tire looked at several times and they found nothing. Then around 3 weeks ago it went from loosing 8 psi a month, to around 5 psi a week. So I jack the car up and start looking, spraying with a soapy water and I find the crack. So I called the dealership, and they say well you hit a pothole or something in the road. No I did not, I’ve never hit anything. If I did the rim would be bent or have scuff marks, which theirs not. So I do research and find out I’m not alone. As of now January 16, 2023 I’m loosing 15-20 psi a day. Thank you.

Driving home from work when my vehicle lost control, when trying to steer my steering wheel straight the rear end of my vehicle locked up and ended up in a guard rail , there was nothing in the road or any pedestrian or other cars I have no idea what caused my car to lock up but I don’t know what caused my car to lock up I know when my sales guys first go over my car he didn’t fully mention everything to me I saw my tires pressure at 50 psi in all days didn’t know if that was normal because my car was shipped so I know the dealership is suppose to inspect vehicle to make sure everything is correct to manufacturer specs when vehicle was towed to certificate shop for body and mechanic repairs car sat there 8 months plus when I got the car it was not driving the same and reading a message on the screen service sifter unavailable ever since then my vehicle is unsafe to drive my car now locks up when I do a turn like it get stuck in a gear and when cruising vehicle chocks/hesitated to drive like it was to get stuck in a lock mode . I took it to 2 Dodge dealers more then 3 times and can’t duplicate concern and throwing random parts at my car and I’m telling them it’s not the problem also they gave me poor customer service and wish I never bought a car from them .
All four axles and spindle nuts are literally decaying and crumbling. Its to the point the guy at the tire shop said its not safe. Being a awd vehicle it puts a lot of strain on the hubs. The car only has 65,000 miles on it.

I think it may have something to do with the traction button, my car wheels locked after putting it on and then the whole car spun around in a complete circle on the highway. This is the 3rd time.
3 of my 20” wheels cracked at different times. It causes my tires to go flat.

The camber settings are not correct and they are not adjustable you have to buy a replacement camber kit to adjust camber to prevent tire wear on the inside this is not noticeable to someone just looking at the tire without getting underneath the car this causes you to replace your tires way before you need to.

Purchased vehicle as is on 03/16/2021 at date of purchase vehicle had almost 200,000 miles on it it needed front end lower control arms and bushings replacement on both driver and passenger sides the air conditioning didn't work due to the ac compressor being no good so the compressor had to be replaced as well the driver side window wouldn't go down regulator. Had to be brought and replaced as well also at the time of purchase in which vehicle was sold as is with a malfunctioning seatbelt issue in which the driver's side seatbelt was fastened and will not unfasten the passenger side seatbelt works however the cars sensor beeps and flashes indicating that someone is in the passenger seat without their seatbelt on even with the seatbelt being fastened without an actual body or weight being in the seat at all. . . . Since compressor has been replaced car has started running hot coolant and water has to currently be added just for regular daily use.

Unknown 06/21 : rear view camera stops working on occasion. Mostly when weather is bad, I don't exactly know why it stopped working occasionally, never hit the car or any problems until severe cold whether came around January 2021. On the camera screen it will just show black and say "camera unavailable check surroundings" especially in severe rain. The date June 2021 was the last time it showed the black screen while it was raining for the week of 06/25 - 06/29. 01/21 : tire sensor does not read tire pressure or read that there is a tire at all on front passenger & back driver side.
The steering started grabbing and sqealing around 81k miles when I turn. Sometimes it would become very hard to control when slowing down to turn such as at red lights or in a drive thru. No lights or sensors ever came on. From what I have read online there are several 2013 Dodge Chargers with the same issue. This is very dangerous and expensive to have repaired. I opted to have it fixed but I feel this issue should be looked into. I had the gear rack and pinion and power pump replaced.
We buy this car 2 day's ago and the lights from the wheels never turn off we left the car to fix the problems. And still continue with the lights on . The vehicle is in the dealer right now with 2 day buys.
Manufacturer claim that the wheels on the Dodge Charger are fully powder-coated, which they are not (VIN: 2c3cdxct6jh185978). Therefore, since the wheels are not fully powder coated, the poorly painted wheel tends to fail to adhere to the tire, causing slow undetectable leaks and fast wear on the tires. About a year ago I have purchased brand new tires and had the vehicle aligned to prolong the tire's life. Now the problem seems to get worse as the days go on and I am looking to replace my wheels for that reason. I would like for Dodge to at least re-powder coat my wheels entirely since I was sold partially painted wheels.
My stereo, and front Charger port shuts off and on. My engine makes a ticking noise and sadly a mechanic can't find the issue, the ac is blowing cold on driver side and hot on passenger and back seat. I believe my front to wheel hubs have too much play and make noises I hit bumps. And rear brake caliper started sticking.

I took my car to get a oil change at the Dodge dealership. When it was returned to me I notice that when I turn my wheel all the way to a certain side it makes a loud rubbing noise. They rotated my tires and changed my fluids so I believe it would eventually go away. It hasnt.
Change tires and the low tire light doesn't come off. Trunk will not unlock from key fob or inside car. Key hole to open door easy to break into. Car keep cutting off while driving on several occasion. Cut off while in the middle of intersection.

Tire rims subject to cracking, which will reduce tire pressure. Two of four rims have minor cracks which reduced tire pressure.

When driving my vehicle their is a knocking noise in my front right wheel, almost sounds as if some bolts are loose. Also when pulling in to back up, when I turn my steering wheel a certain way their is a funny clicking sound in the steering wheel, and funny sound in the brake when I am backing my car into my drive way. I believe that this may be an issue with a recall that hasn't been looked into.
My car is shaking over 60 mph and when I turn the steering it's making a noise . The dealer is refusing to fix it the same day . They said if I drop it off today it will take 3-5 days . So I asked for a loaner and they said no . And the next same day service I can get is Aug 17 . Which is 8 days from today .
Tl the contact owns a 2010 Dodge Charger. While the vehicle was at cronic Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram (2515 n expy, griffin, GA 30223, (770) 227-4271) for maintenance, the mechanic informed the contact that the tires were unable to be rotated because the lug nuts were swollen. The contact was unable to remove the lug nuts with the tire tool because the nuts expanded and could fracture if attempted to be removed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 122,000.

Car was purchased 06/28/2019; odo 109,640. Car was purchased with a gwc warranty service contract (90 day, 4,500 miles) and at asking price from a dealership. (state license # 7145401488) car was purchased as advertised that it was it was in good working order. On the freeway the car started showing signs of something wrong with wheels and that the steering wheel rattled aggressively. The car was taken in on 07/01/19 (odo 110,120) to big johns in santa clarita; it would cost $1,624. 68 to replace because the wheels were found to be bent and to big for the car. This repair was not covered under the service contract but was a huge safety hazard. On 07/11/19 the car was brought into ricks automotive in granada hills (odo 111,493). Ricks was a recommended repair shop from the service contract purchased. There were 11 things reported on the repair order 8 of which were safety and engine concerns. (1. ) the passenger headlight didn't work (2. ) the emergency/parking break was not holding. (3. ) the turn signal switch does not stay on. (4. ) the speedometer sometimes operates erratically. (5. ) the engine shut off while reversing. (6. ) the transmission shifted hard and bangs hard. (7. ) there was blueish/white smoke coming from the exhaust. (8. ) cylinder head gasket may be blown. It was found the the head gasket had bent valves and timing chain needed replacement. These were the only things that were fixed. $5,031. 35 was owed. We paid $1,359. 03. Gwc paid remainder. The car was picked up on 08/13/2019 at 4:30pm (odometer 111,510). At 7:30pm same day the engine was reported sized (odo 111,539) and was towed back to ricks automotive. The dealership falsely advertised the car as it was in good working order when it wasn't. In a matter of 1,852 miles and 13 days the car showed a total of 10 signs of safety hazard to not just me but the thousands of other drivers I came across.
I discovered a break in one of the plastic wheel skins on my car. I inquired about replacing the wheel skin and discovered I can't replace it and instead I would need to by a new rim instead. There is nothing wrong with my rim so no need to replace it. My complaint is we are made to buy new rims when these plastic wheel skins break down even though our rims are I perfectly good condition.

Tl the contact owns a 2014 Dodge Charger. When the contact purchased the vehicle from don brown Chevrolet (2244 s kings highway blvd, st. Louis, mo 63110, 314-772-1400), they were not informed that the vehicle was included in NHTSA campaign number: 18v332000 (electrical system, vehicle speed control). While making a stop, the contact heard an abnormal noise coming from the front and rear wheels. The service center manager was notified of the failure. A dealer was not notified. In addition, the cruise control failed to properly engage and disengage, which caused the vehicle to idle highly. The contact had to apply force to the brake pedal and maneuver the switch function due to the failure. The contact received 61 safety alerts to a diagnostic trouble code device reader since owning the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact wanted a buy back or a trade in option if the manufacturer was unable to remedy the failures. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The failure mileage was not available.
I was driving on the highway and the front drivers side control arm had broke on me causing me to run into the wall on the highway. I was just sending this to document the incident. Thank you.
I driven my car and parked it for a few hours and when I returned the tire indicator said the tire was at 0. Passenger side front tire reads 0 tire pressure even when the tire is inflated at or above 32 psi. It continues to read tire pressure low inflate to 32 psi.
I purchased a set of nexen roadian hp 102v tires in July 2015, size 265/35/22. I recently went to get my vehicle serviced when I was told that I needed new tires and was asked to come take a look. All 4 of my tires had cracked around the shoulder of the tires, and the cracking was on the opposite side of the tire that I have no vision of. This is a serious matter that I wouldn't have never known if I hadn't taken my vehicle in to be serviced. I have only put a little over 20,000 miles on these tires and the treading is great which doesn't show any signs of neglect. The place I purchased the tires from agreed that the tires are in great condition, & the tires had the correct pressure in the etc. They also said that I'm not the first person that has come in with the same issue with nexen roadian hp tires. They sent all of the paperwork in to the manufacturer and they are the worst. Bernardo was very rude and trying to put blame on the customer (me) when he was clearly told by the place I purchased the tires from which are the same one's that took pictures of the tires and did the inspection that they see absolutely no fault of mine and that the tires are just defective. So then I asked for the dot numbers, and what do we discover??? the manufacturing date was stamped 4715, how could this be if I purchased the tires in July 2015? there is something shady going on and nexen needs to be investigated, my car has been at mccarthy tire for 2 weeks and now that the dot issue has been discovered no one has an answer to why it's stamped for the 47th week of 2015, it's only 52 weeks in a year which means I would've had to by those tires in November 2015. The reviews I'm reading on nexen tires are exactly the same issue that I'm having, what is it going to take before a recall is done on nexen tires?.

I purchased my car brand new December 11, 2011 and it is a 2012 Dodge Charger sxt plus. I had no issue with my wheels, then in July 2018 ish. I was having what I thought was tire problems. Les schwab looked at my tires and it was a bent rim. I paid almot $400 for a new rim. Then 3 months later I had another bent rim, this time the replaement would have been a mopar part for over $600. . I went to an online store and purchased 4 new rims for around $800, almost the exact same rims. I am perplexed that I can drive this car for over 6 years and then have 2 bent rims within 3 months of each other. Is there a recall for these.
Tpms tire pressure monitoring system. Driving 60mph. 50f. Highway. Tpms light came on after I heard a "pop". Tire completely deflated within 1/4 mile. Tire shop reported tpms failure, and could replace it for approximately $75. 00. Simple math? $300. 00 for four tires. This is supposed to be a "safety feature" on the car, but it seems like the tpms is more dangerous than a standard tire stem.
Tl- the contact owns a 2018 Dodge Charger srt hellcat. The contact stated that the tpms warning indicator kept flashing "low tire pressure". The vehicle was taken to the dealer dependable Dodge (21415 roscoe blvd, canoga park, CA 91304, (818) 883-9060) more than once who had not fully inspected the tires, refilled the tires with air and provided no permanent remedy as the failure had continued. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who placed the vehicle on a lift and it was noticed that the oem rear passenger rim had cracks. The dealer was contacted, indicated that there had been a national back order for the rims with the contact having to wait behind 26 other customers and that the part may become available mid July 20th, 2018. The dealer had indicated that the vehicle was not safe to drive until the rim was replaced, asked the contact to leave the vehicle at the dealership, stated that they were not liable if the vehicle was left at the dealership which was refused because they had not provided any accomodation of a loaner vehicle until the part may be supplied from the manufacturer. The contact was waiting on a reasonable response from the manufacturer to receive the part to determine if they may expedite the shipment to the dealer. The approximate failure mileage was not available. Dyd.
In motion going over a railroad track on mcmillan Ave (city street) in north charleston, SC. There was a pot hole at the railroad track. While going over track/pot hole, heard a loud thud. Tire pressure sensor came on almost immediately. Took tire off and put on my spare. Took my tire and rim to tire shop to purchase new tire, it was then that I found out my rim had cracked, and that I would in fact need a new tire and rim.
I had a small air leak in the rear driver side tire. I took it to get the tire repaired, and they informed me that the wheel was actually cracked. I took the car to get the rim repaired, and it was maintaining pressure. I did not check the other wheels, as they were maintaining pressure. Approximately 2 weeks later, I was involved in a car accident while driving down a local highway (approximately 55 mph), where the car started shaking, and I lost control of the vehicle. I believe that the front passenger rim was cracked as well, which led to wheel failure and a blowout. Ultimately, I ended up in a concrete wall and the car was totaled.
Rims are corroding from under the clear finish. This is happening around the center caps.
