Two problems related to automatic transmission column shift have been reported for the 1997 Dodge Dakota. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Due to defective driveshaft which was out of balance by 31/2 ounce, differential and transfer case malfunctioned. Please provide further information.
Front end seal came out of the transfer case, causing a loss of oil.
