One problem related to frame rust has been reported for the 1999 Dodge Dakota. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I had baught the truck in Feb of 2013 from a private saler and I had noticed the driver side was leaning a bit more than the rest of the truck, so I crawled under and lo and behold I noticed that the frame was rusted so bad that the cab mounts was almost gone , and I got to looking and the whole entire frame from front to rear was rusted really really bad. I have never seen a frame rust that bad with 110000 miles .
