Front Suspension problems of the 1999 Dodge Dakota

Four problems related to front suspension have been reported for the 1999 Dodge Dakota. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Front Suspension problem

Failure Date: 03/19/2001

This will be my seventh time to the garage at 40000 mile I can't seem to get any response from the manufacturer. I feel that they need to know about all the problems that I had with their product. Can you help? thank you. Rlg ohio p. S I have 7 different problems. . No safety defect.

2 Front Suspension problem

Failure Date: 04/01/1999

Right side excessivly wearing tires. ( dot number: tire size: p215/30r15 ).

3 Front Suspension problem

Failure Date: 10/13/1998

Vehicle is pulling to the right. Dealer has done an alignment, but defect is still occurring and it has gotten worse, causing the tire to wear out on right side, which could result in loss of vehicle control.

4 Front Suspension problem

There is a crack/pop and shimmy from the front end at highway speeds . Dealer cannot determine cause.
