Two problems related to side/window air bag have been reported for the 1999 Dodge Dakota. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer was traveling about 20mph on a residential street and sun was bright and blinded her. Consumer hit a trailer which was parked on the right side of the road. Upon impact, driver's side airbag didn't deploy.
Was in a front end collision. Upon impact, driver's side and passenger's side air bags didn't deploy.
