Air Brake Disc Rotor problems of the 2000 Dodge Dakota

Failure Date: 10/17/2002

Consumer states that while driving at any speed and no warning the brake rotors are worn causing extended stopping distance. Dealer notified dealer replace three times already ts.

2 Air Brake Disc Rotor problem

Failure Date: 08/06/2002

The rotors on my 2000 Dodge Dakota continue to warp. I have replaced them at my expense (because the dealer won't recognize the obvious engineering problem) various times. Aftermarket parts don't seem to help though it does slow the process down.

3 Air Brake Disc Rotor problem

Failure Date: 08/01/2000

Brake vibration with less than 11,000 miles, got rotors turned. The vibration returned, had rotors turned. Six months later they started to vibrate again and still are. Replaced rotors with high performance rotors.

4 Air Brake Disc Rotor problem

Front disc warp severely, front end shudders when brakes are applied, turned and replaced rotors several times.
