One problem related to high/low beam switch has been reported for the 2000 Dodge Dakota. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer noticed while changing high beams to low beams that headlights would cut off. When the consumer switched from high beam to low beam the head lights went out completely. The consumer believes the multi-function switch that controls the head lights dimmer, turn signal and wipers is bad.
