One problem related to front seat belt webbing has been reported for the 2001 Dodge Dakota. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
After buying vehicle with bucket seats, noticed shoulder belt comes across the neck. This is causing driver to be choked. Would have to put belt under arm to be used.
