Three problems related to front seat recliner have been reported for the 2001 Dodge Dakota. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
2001 Dodge ram. The consumer stated that on front center folding seat the bolt sheared off and the seat collapsed. This started three days ago. The dealership stated there was nothing they could do. He ordered the bolt to fix it. Dodge stated warranty expired. This was the first time this happened.
While sitting inside of the vehicle driver's side seat collapsed backwards. This caused the driver to fall backwards. Driver drove to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic replaced the seat.
