One problem related to parking brake hoses lines/piping and fittings has been reported for the 2005 Dodge Dakota. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The rear tire has blown when hitting a pot hole at low speed (approximately 5 mph), causing damage to the emergency brake lining. Tire had to be replaced at my cost. Emergency brake lining must be replaced at my cost.
