Car is ibn costa rica and Dodge says warranty is void out of country but these are safety items on recall and not warranty they will nort repair. Lugs nuts are defective. When the vehicle is taken for tire rotation nuts have to be replaced. Please provide further details. Not only the nuts have to be replaced, the bolts holding the tires have cracked 10 out of 12 times and broke on the rear tires. Nlm.
