Accelerator Pedal problems of the 2015 Dodge Dart

Tl the contact owns a 2015 Dodge Dart. The contact stated that the engine made an abnormal vacuuming sound. The sound began when the vehicle was started. The contact also stated that the steering wheel made an abnormal squeaking sound when turned and the accelerator pedal felt heavy when depressed.
