Two problems related to cooling fan have been reported for the 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving, another motorist warned consumer that van was on fire, flames were coming out from underneath the vehicle, consumer found the belts red and burning, the fan belt caused the engine fire, claim 17-9113-989.
Radiator fan relay failed.
