Two problems related to hatchback/liftgate lock have been reported for the 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Hit inside of garage at 3 mph, and rear tailgate flew open, dealership could not find a problem with vehicle.
The automatic door locks nor the key will unlock the rear hatch. Nlm.
