1 Front Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 05/13/2007

The contact owns a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan ES. On may 13, 2007, the contact's vehicle was rear ended, forcing her to crash into another vehicle at 45 mph. The front passenger side was shoved into the other vehicle. The vehicle was destroyed. Both the passenger side seat belt and air bag failed. The engine size and purchase date were unknown. The current and failure mileages were 88,000.

2 Front Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 04/19/2003

The air bag on the passenger side was inoperative. The air bag had to be replaced.

3 Front Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 12/31/2002

Air bag clockspring has been replaced 6 times. There was a leak inside the vehicle on the passenger's side, a broken chain on the driver's slider door, a hesitation upon acceleration and a stalling problem (possible fuel filter problem), and a grinding noise due to the idler pulley being faulty. The consumer request compensation.

4 Front Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 08/11/2002

The air bags inadvertently deployed while driving causing minor injury to the driver and passenger. The dealer has repaired the vehicle. Please provide additional information.
