While driving, the driver's seat belt will randomly come unbuckled. It was only happening while turning and rarely, but is now increasing in frequency and happens while driving straight.

My daughter was in the back seat when the seatbelt started to retract itself at the point that she was immobilized and start choking her. We call the police and the fire department so they can realease her. They cut the seatbelt.
