While driving vehicle & needed to change lane, a blind spot occurs with rear window. A wide metal strip obstructs driver's view. Not able to see other vehicles in time, in that area or in side view mirror. Problem not able to be corrected.

While driving on highway, entire back window flew off including frame, glass and defroster wires. No jagged edges of glass appears to be inadequate epoxy which held the rear window assemlby to the car.
