Body problems of the 2013 Dodge Journey

I received two safety recalls that my dealer has never fixed. One for the abs system r61/NHTSA 15v-675 and one for the beauty cover r32/NHTSA 15v-431. I was supposed to be contacted when the parts were available and never was. My beauty cover has come off and my abs system randomly turns off. I am not sure who reported that these repairs for the recalls were completed but they were not. I would like them to be completed before my car either catches fire or my abs gives out and I get in an accident.

Tl the contact owns a 2013 Dodge Journey. The contact stated that while stopped at a traffic light, the active headrest deployed, hitting the contact in the back of the head. The contact stated they were unable to reattach the headrest. The contact contacted gary matthews motors (1100 ashland city rd, clarksville, TN 37040, (931) 552-7100) and scheduled an appointment which was still pending. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 81,455.

Takata recall. Brakes locked up trying to avoid a car coming towards me, lost control and airbags deployed in an accident and smoked and burnt my arm and leg.

I was traveling to work on the city street in my 2013 Dodge Journey sxt, a person ran the red light and struck me near the gas tank and then struck me a second time in the front drivers side of the vehicle. Six of the air bags deployed, the vehicle was totaled in the crash. I am writing this because I know that I am here today due to the build of the 2013 Dodge Journey sxt. I was so surprised that I went out and purchased another Dodge Journey.

While under warranty the rear passenger automatic door lock stopped working and it was replaced. After the warranty expired the passenger automatic front door lock stopped working and I paid to have a new one installed. Now the drivers side rear automatic door lock has stopped working. When they stop working they will not lock or unlock using the key fob or the buttons inside the car. Each time this occurs the actuator has to be replaced. Since keeping the doors securely closed during a crash is a major safety issue this needs to be recalled.

Tl-the contact owns a 2013 Dodge Journey. The contact stated the driver side door handle chrome plate was deteriorated and a sharp piece material has caused bruises to his hand. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 25,000. Lb.

Roof in back end is leaking into ceiling then dripping down into the floor board. Completely soaked. Have not even had my Dodge Journey 2013 for a yr yet.
