Tl-the contact owns a 2015 Dodge Journey. The contact stated that after owning the vehicle for a year the transmission went out with the torque converter cracking. The vehicle was taken to the dealer sliman's sales & service 7498 leavitt rd, amherst, OH 44001 (440) 988-4484 and the transmission was replaced under the warranty. The vehicle had several NHTSA recall repairs that had to be serviced after the transmission replacement was completed. The indicator light for the transmission has flashed and on and off since the initial repair. The alternator went out and the vehicle just cut off in the middle of the street recently on 09/23/19. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and repaired but the same indicator light flashed again. The contact will take the vehicle back again but the dealer has been unresponsive. The dealer offered to sell the contact a new vehicle and laughed at her concerns about the condition of her vehicle. The failure mileage was 15,000. Tf.
