1 Brake Light On problem

: the contact stated that after 200 to 300 miles of freeway driving, the vehicle appeared to be shutting down but would not allow the contact to accelerate. When the contact drove the vehicle on the freeway about 2 to 3 months later, the vehicle also idled up and would not allowing the vehicle to accelerate. This only occurred during highway driving. The vehicle has been driven to work daily without incident. The speed difference was 75 mph on the freeway versus 45 mph to go to work. The contact expressed that the problem may be caused by the difference in speed or the increased in mileage. Both incidences occurred after 200 miles of driving. The dealer test drove the vehicle for 20 miles and ran a diagnostic test but could not find the problem. The contact expressed concerns for safety. The vehicle's brakes were also a concern. Since the vehicle was purchased, the brake warning light has been illuminating. When the emergency is released, the brake warning light turns off, even though the emergency brake was not previously engaged. There was also a terrible squealed when the brake pedal was depressed. This has occurred since the vehicle was purchased. The dealership was alerted of all of these problems but they have offered no resolution.
