36 Steering problem of the 2005 Dodge Magnum

Failure Date: 02/21/2005

My 2005 Dodge Magnum constantly drifts to the right even after the recommended adjustment made by the service bulletin relating to this problem. The car is in service for the third time for the same problem. Dealer's service manager notes that this is a safety feature to prevent head on collisionsl now I've heard everything.

40 Steering problem of the 2005 Dodge Magnum

Failure Date: 08/31/2004

My 2005 Magnum has always pulled to the right even after 4 visits to the dealer. I was told this is a safety thing that it drits to the right, my car pulls to the right. I also hear a clunk noise evertime I start from a stop, this was proven to be normal based on the fact every other Magnum on the lot made this same noise. My brakes also make a bad grinding sound when I stop, this will be going to the dealer shortly for this problem.

41 Steering problem of the 2005 Dodge Magnum

Failure Date: 08/04/2004

I have severe outside shoulder wear on both front tires of my 2005 Dodge Magnum, VIN # 2d8gv58205h510694, more on the driver's side than the passenger. Chrysler has replaced the tires once, and aligned four times, but the problem still comes back within 600 miles. Without rotating, my tires would only last about 8000 miles. The car also exhibits enough steering wheel "feedback" on road seams to cause loss of control to anyone "new" to driving this car. The Chrysler district representative has driven this car and claims this is normal. I do not agree! he also claims that severe vibration at various highway speeds and braking conditions is normal. In heavy highway traffic, light braking will make it difficult to stay in my proper lane. Once again, I cannot agree with Chrysler. Thank you, edward s. Mackavage, jr. Ps - I retained two of the original tires that were on the car when delivered. These were replaced by tires I purchased from the dealer.

42 Steering problem of the 2005 Dodge Magnum

Failure Date: 06/30/2004

2005 Dodge Magnum bought new - has always pulled to the right. Dealer has done 5 front end alignments and replaced two tires to no avail. It seems that Chrysler is trying to sweep this not uncommon problem under the rug. Dealer played games with dates on invoices and service records in attempt (in my opinion) to hold off on my being able to take legal action. The car cannot be driven without it veering to the right. It is absolutely essential that such a serious defect be fixed before serious injury or worse occurs.

43 Steering problem of the 2005 Dodge Magnum

Failure Date: 06/01/2004

Left rear window will not work from driver side car drifts to the right.
