The contact owns a 2004 Dodge Neon. The vehicle has goodyear eagle LS, size p225/60r16 tires. While driving 65 mph, the sidewall of the front passenger side tire blew out. The contact quickly pulled off the road. She later purchased a new tire. She did not call the dealer, but felt that the failure was a serious safety risk. She has pictures. Driving and parked car. Have complete tire sidewall failure. Car is 2004 Dodge Neon with original tires with 24,000 mile son them.

While driving between 35-40 mph consumer heard a clicking and bumping noise. She pulled to the side, got out, and nothing appeared to be wrong. She went back into the vehicle and drove on the highway and same noise started, but just a little louder then, consumer pulled off into a driveway, got out and noticed that the rubber separated from tire sidewall. After the blowout, I safely pulled over, inspected the tire and all I saw was torn up sidewalls looking down to the center of the rim. The tread was completely gone all the way around the tire.
