Took my vehicle in for a recall. The recall was for replacing the emblem on the steering wheel. The emblem was removed but the replacement cover was not installed. Also the recall for the drive shaft was not done.

Significant injuries, head hit windshield, four broken ribs, 2 broken toes, one dislocated. Has been hospitalized now for 6 days. And now getting transferred to a rehabilation hospital.
