Tl- the contact owns a 2008 Dodge Nitro. The contact stated that a failure had progressed with the air bag warning light flashing and then the light had remained illuminated. The vehicle has not been inspected and diagnosed by an independent mechanic or a dealer. The manufacturer had issued 1 air bag recall and 1 TSB on the air bag system however, the vehicle was not included in any recall campaigns for the air bag system and was uncertain if the vehicle may be repaired.
