One problem related to mechanical jack has been reported for the 1999 Dodge Ram 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
After tire blowout, used jack to change tire. Jack slid out from under ram 2 times. Do not recommend using this jack. . . Extremely dangerous!!!.
