One problem related to front suspension wheel bearing has been reported for the 2000 Dodge Ram 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Severe shaking in front will occur when driving at highwy speeds and over a small bump in pavement or hole. Shaking will stop when consumer reduces speed to 30 mph, but evenutally it will reoccur. Consumer states front left wheel would lock down on second occasion wheel bearings out on both sides in the front.
