One problem related to rear suspension axle has been reported for the 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving at 20 mph, the rear left axle snapped, which caused the wheel to disconnect from vehicle. Consumer indicated odi 10007842 dealt with this issue. See voq 10058633, same incident.
