3 Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 04/29/2023

My first and foremost issue is that the current to recalls that are still open on my vehicle or issues back in 2015 it now being 2023 I recently have been notified of this urgent safety recall on my vehicle approximately 2 -3 months ago of 2023. I received my first recall of these currently open safety recalls upon my vehicle. The next day I called a few different shops they stated it would take a few weeks too fit me in. Most definitely being frustrated with this two week duration having to wait to drive my vehicle again making other arrangements far further than just a vehicle of recreational use this vehicle is my livelihood and how I support my family and only vehicle also having a 1-year-old and a 3 year old child makes everything extra complicated trying to have to get around now without my only vehicle with two children dare what I put them in that vehicle now knowing they could possibly have shards of metal explode at any time with the dangerous recall that makes me not even want this vehicle anymore just because of the specific reason. . . The thought of even putting my children back in that vehicle even if these open recalls even if these safety recalls were timely repaired as promised on every single letter that I have received. . . Makes me feel completely unsafe knowing that maybe the replacement also could be defected or the dealership lied and didnt replace my airbags and said they did, as I have had a few different auto mechanic shops say they had replaced items that I paid for them to fix but they were unaware that I had took pictures prior to them working on my vehicle just in case something like so would happen. . . I can go on and on about this situation long story short since I have received my recall letter I have been promptly trying to get the addressed recalls fixed and I am out of patience and I also an absolutely unsatisfied in every which way possible. . . I am demanding the manufacturer to replace my vehicle with a vehicle of equal w/o recalls.

5 Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 07/29/2018

I was involved in a accident 0n 07/29/2018 I hit a car that had pulled out of a side street. I was traveling at about 32mph at the time of impact there was no time to brake even when I press the pedal very hard at the time. There was no airbag deployment. And this was a hard front end hit. But the reason I'm sending this to you is because I had just had my truck in for the airbag recall 2 weeks earlier and was thinking all was fine. But this is not the case. What should I do about this.

7 Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 01/15/2018

I have tried on many times too arrigo Dodge in west palm beach ,florida too complete the safety recall . They have refused too address the issues with this truck . I have complained to the Dodge motor division more times than a few ,they turn a blind-eye to the dealership . This truck was a lemon from the show-room floor ,I have replaced the computer , emissions system ,fuel injection system , wiring harness , and many more repairs . The brake system is very dangerous ,someone is going too get a serious injury from this issue. The truck also suffers from sudden acceleration , at any given time . I have called the Chrysler rep countless times , and they have a care less attitude ,I voiced my opinion on the chat line ,and. . . They were quite amused at the possibility of a crash or injury . I want a complete investigation of the dealership ,the factory , and bring in the department of justice on these criminal activities ! please do something soon , this is a matter of life and death !.

8 Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 01/01/2018

I'm always having issues with the airbag light coming on while driving it goes away then come back when there is a sudden move and causes something to trigger. Also, I'm having issues with my headlight low mode not working I did a lot of research stating that many people are having the same issue and the problems have to do with the fuse box close to the battery. I'm also having an issue with the brake lamp going off on my dashboard not sure what that could be tried so many repairs and nothing seems to work.

11 Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 10/28/2017

Takata recall, I was told that the recall was invalid and if I had not received a notice directly from the car manufacturer then the dealership would not replace my parts. Another location asked for the VIN number, I had to call back but they continuously put me on hold but then never picked up. I haven't had an incident, but to my knowledge this information and repair is supposed to be preventative. I'd rather not have to sue for money after I've been injured if it's not necessary. I just want my vehicle repaired.

Failure Date: 12/01/2016

Takata recall, this recall was issued on July 1 of 2016. As of today there is still no replacement parts for this recall according to safercar. Gov. This is ridiculous. This is at least the second recall since I've owned this truck that I've had to wait more than 3 months for parts to fix a potentially life threatening incident. I understand that by letting the public know that there's a potential life threatening problem mopar is "covering their butt", but if they fail to get parts out in a timely manner I feel they should still be held liable if something happens. There's no excuse for not getting replacement parts out faster than they do.

Takata recall I was notified by safety recall notice s43/NHTSA 16v-352 and registered the vehicle on July 15, 2015 as instructed and haven't been contacted since to have vehicle repaired. Local Dodge dealers have no information on the recall and will not repair the vehicle. What type of scam is this? must I be killed or injured before something is done.
