Tl the contact owns a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500. While the vehicle was parked briefly, an internal fire occurred. The air conditioning line to the compressor had a hole in the rubber and melted due to the fire. The contact looked under the hood and noticed that the wiring, air conditioning line, hoses, and other components behind the alternator assembly were damaged. The manufacturer was notified of the fire. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The VIN and failure mileage were not available.
