Tl- the contact owns a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. While driving approximately 30 mph, the contact noticed a grinding noise and a vibration coming from the accelerator pedal. Additionally when the vehicle was in reverse, the contact noticed a grinding and squeaking sound coming from the rear end of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The technician stated that the vehicle was designed to act in that manner and advised that they were unable to diagnose a failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available.
