The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. The contact scheduled an appointment to have the vehicle repaired according to NHTSA campaign number: 13v287000 (electronic stability control). When the contact arrived at the dealer, he was informed that he did not have an appointment. The dealer stated that a loaner vehicle would not be provided if the vehicle was serviced. The contact stated that the sales contract stated otherwise. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was unavailable. The failure mileage was 19,185.
My Ram 1500 manufactured 2013 stopped suddenly and refused to start up again with all electrical equipment been working regularly. This is the second time happened to me after two weeks only. The problem has been reported immediately to my closest agent. The first report didn't diagnose any defect on the truck. I consider this incident as a very high and critical safety issue.
