The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. The contact was driving approximately 40 mph when she noticed an abnormal noise. Within several seconds, the vehicle came to an independent stop and the contact was unable to move the vehicle. She discovered that the front driver side wheel had turned horizontal which caused the failure. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer where the vehicle was repaired.
