Also the whole dash is falling in and if the air bags go off the dash pieces could easily kill or hurt you. The dealer says that it is out of warranty and that's all .

Case # 19653576 was filed with the manufacturer. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileages were approximately 45,000.
