Two problems related to underbody shield have been reported for the 2003 Dodge Ram 2500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The dash has cracked into multiple razor sharp spintered sections. In the event of a frontal crash, with air bags deployed, its possible these spintered sections will cause severe facial and bodily trauma to any passengers in the vehicle.
Front air dam on vehicle began to sag on vehicle. While driving the consumer air dam detached from the vehicle sliding down the road. When the consumers notified the dealer they refuse to take responsibility for defective air dam which held not metal support in case an incident occurred.
