Airbag recall problem: I contacted my Dodge dealership on 2/23/15, as instructed by a letter that I received from Chrysler group llc, in reference to an airbag recall. They stated that they did not have the part(s) available at that time, and they would call me back in approximately 7-10 business days when they expected to have the parts and would schedule an appointment with me at that time. They did not call back. I called the fca us recall assistance center on 3/17/15. They apologized that my call to the dealership had not been returned and informed me that there were actually 2 airbag recalls; however, they still did not have the replacement parts available, and they stated that they would call me back when the parts became available. It's going on 2 months since my 1st phone call to Chrysler, and I still haven't received a phone call in reference to the status of the replacement of the defective airbags!.
